1. Chest
Measure the full circumference of the chest 2.5 cm under the armpits (including breasts).
2. Waist
Measure the full circumference of the narrowest/smallest point of the waist.
3. Hips
Measure the full circumference around the widest / fullest part of the hips (including buttocks).
